Document Title: Het recreatief gebruik van grote en kleine bossen.
Abstract: Recent legislation in the Netherlands suggested an extension of metropolitan woodland acreage by 7000-12 000 ha. Although recreation and wood production will both be important, because of lack of space it will be impossible to plant large woods, i.e., more than 20 ha. This study investigates differences in recreational use of small and large woods and examines whether there is a difference in attractiveness between various kinds of woodlands.
